Shipping policy

All orders include free domestic shipping. Please allow 1 business day for your order to be packaged and shipped. Once dispatched, shipments should take 3-5 days to arrive.

Returns and exchanges

If you wish to return your purchase, please email info@slassy.co with the subject line “return request _ your name _order number”. Return requests must be emailed within 30 days upon receipt of your purchase. In your email please specify the reason behind your return, as well as the sign and size of the robe you wish to return. Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original packaging and hangtags attached.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return. Once your return has been received in acceptable condition, you will be refunded the amount paid on your credit card.

Please note Slassy only accepts returns. Should you wish to exchange a product, simply return the product back to us and purchase the new size or style that you are looking for.
